Beta Test

Beta Test

Testing LED-equipped tutus at Brooklyn Ballet. Lots of lessons learned in this live test, including some unexpected issues with reset buttons.  LED brightness in the desired theater lighting, sensitivity, static electricity damage to the LED controllers (need a resistor on the LED end of the data lead, not at the head-end on the MCU.)  Dress rehearsal today, Apr 2.

A strange vision of the future…

Via Flickr:
Not exactly what I had in mind as a kid — a robot, my house keys, haphazardly thrown atop a pile of expensive laptops and dead-tree notebooks, an outdated optical storage disc. Hacking the world within the styrofoam body. (This work is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License.
