Obama

Tonight the United States turned a corner as a country, and as a people.  I was privileged to spend my evening with thousands of African Americans watching together the arrival of a new age for us all.  One that reminds us that our country can be a meritocracy, and that we are able to correct our mistakes.  Obama shows us that hope can trump fear, and that we're willing to overcome prejudices.

Finally.  I am elated.
